I never consider type 2 diabetes to be diabetes, which my dad was for over 40 years. I would really have to think that fruit should really replace the standard deserts these people are eating.

Eat only fruits and vegetables, then you will not have a bad conscience for all animals must die for you to eat, why not Frutarian.
