Noted and signed...thanks Carre. Rep Steve King of Iowa, a Republican and loyal Teabagger who sponsored this shameful piece of legislation, has one of the most abysmal voting records with respect to animal welfare and animal rights in the Congress.

More than just a Humane issues law. ANY interstate commerce is regulated at the Federal level. Think computer hackers, felons who skip the state in which they committed them in where the FTC and FBI get involved.

Or any other thing coming from a state will not have to answer for the quality of anything they produce.
