On a different note, I feel it's already harming mine by being held hostage in a federal government building being made to work & not get paid. Don't even get me started on the stress of having to amend all this time & leave once everything is sorted out!

Of course, the Faux Newz network calls this a "slim down" - as in, no WIC food, no Head Start meals, no food inspection... Watching these morons screw the country has raised my blood pressure.

My God, we need them to tell us to get the flue shot? I've seen many more adverts form the pharmacies - already had my so I will not be harmed.

Thank-you for this article. The "shutdown" IS hurting millions of people---all done by a few STUPID PEOPLE---for their own gain. BAD--BAD--BAD---We need to VOTE them OUT of office in 2014.
