What in heavens name is wrong with these Republicans??? Mr. Abbott - wrong move to have Ted Nugent involved in an event. Ted Nugent will say anything, and do anything to get attention, and being a member of the NRA shoots him down with me!! He has the nerve to mention the Constitution when in my eyes he is a criminal, having sex with under age girls - it is against the law, is it not?? The other thing in the Constitution all the NRA mention is the 2nd amendment!
Thanks Carrie.

One's level of desperation can be revealed by the stupidity of their actions. It's election year and we can expect to see more brilliant decisions like this by republicans the closer we get to election day.

So, as long as he is in favor of the NRA, it doesn't matter how many young girls he has assaulted? So glad I do not live in Texas.

Whatever it takes for them to cook their goose is fine.

Please continue with Nugent at your side, Mr Abott. Shows off your beautiful Christian morals so well. And GOP feel free to take any other nut-job, criminal and deviant on board, the more the merrier. By showing your true colours those are probably the only ones that will join you anyway.

They do say time is a great healer. Unless it's a rash, then you're better off with ointment. Which in the case of Ted Nugent's Cat scratch fever possibly not. Still, I suppose some people will say you can't judge a book by its cover Though many people would not confuse Ted Nugent with a book. For a start, a book's got a spine. There is a level of stupidity in the GOP which maybe due to the Tea Party influence which is less like a rash and more like a cancer has resulted in the present craziness. As for Ted Nugent being a hypocritical draft-dodging, child predator father of eight kids with six different women, he is doing it to make himself look good as frankly the only person I can think of who is as bad as Nugent is Jimmy Savile and he has been dead for two years.

Fox nation. Who knew it could get so stupid? The dumbing down seems to spiral like a drain.

Louise, how funny, thanks for making me laugh in the presence of this abomination. I would recommend for this rash a lotion very, very heavy on lidocaine, benzocaine, novocaine, and similar numbing drugs. If powerful enough, that might put him out of commission long enough for a potential victim to escape.
