Hoping Simon Ostrovsky will not be detained for too long. Being a Foreign Journalist is a very dangerous job, and I think there are so many of us that do not appreciate what they are doing to get real news out.
Noted and watched the videos with interest. Thanks Carrie.

It could just as easily have happened to one of their journalists here in the US. Heck, we detain our OWN journalists. God forbid we should get any thruth.

Reporting the "truth" or alternate interpretations from the "party line" can be detrimental to your health. Hats off to those that risk their lives every day.

Update: Pleased to say he was released after being beaten and kept in a cellar, but at least he is alive.
