Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl is ready to return to active duty, military sources told NBC News on Monday. He will probably be assigned a desk job at Fort Sam Houston in Texas while the Army investigates his 2009 disappearance from an outpost in Afghanistan.

there is no way he will ever be convicted it will just be ignored since obama decided to swap 5 top level terrorists for him no way will they let anything show how wrong obama is. it doesn't matter that real soldiers gave their lives looking for this traitor.

If a soldier is captured on the battle ground while fighting the enemy, he should be commended for standing his ground as long as was possible.
The only thing to do with a traitor who walks away from his post, leaving his or her comrades and putting their lives in danger while searching for him, is to shoot him for cowardice in the face of the enemy.
