Well, I am far from famous, but I've been saying here for a longgg time that it is time women take the reins of leadership, everywhere as men have had them forever and you can just look around and see what that has gotten us and where. It is a time in history that ought be called herstory and begin a few millennia with men sitting in the back benches where we can cause less trouble. Testosterone has ruled the world politically, religiously and historically. It is time that changed. Women certainly can't do less well than men have, a chimp would do better. We need strong female leaders like Elizabeth Warren, not women who would be men, but who bring to the table, every table, new ways of thinking, relating and acting. We've done the flip side forever and that isn't safe for anyone. It never has been. I hope those guys would go as far as I would with this idea. It is coming, just far too slowly for my taste.

A man of QUALITY is not threatened by a woman for equality. And there are many quality men around. And they should be appreciated. (Yes, Gene, I'm looking at you.)

Gene, you're the famous exception to the rule.
Just kidding of course, there are quite a lot of feminist men here on Care2, but you're eloquence and thoughtfulness makes your comments more notable.

More men need to learn that thee is nothing wrong with equality, but too many are threatened by it, most unfortunately. I have great respect for a man who respects women, he is a 'real' man in MOP.
Thanks Carrie.
