@ Nancy ---- Thank you so much. No only do we need to know what is happening, but we NEED to contact our legislators to let THEM know what we feel.

It's about time.... The lack of legislation like this is WHY we have TOXIC sites to clean-up at TAXPAYERS expense. Which, BTW -- Still exist. Companies go BUNKRUPT [misspelling is intentional] to avoid paying for the cleanup. In the meantime, people [adults, children, babies ] get sick, suffer, and die. This is not to mention the COST to the health system, the government and to individuals.
