While the United States is supporting efforts to apprehend LRA leader Joseph Kony, it must also ensure that other armed groups and governments in the region cease recruiting child soldiers and help rehabilitate the children who are already soldiers.

Signed, poor little child on the picture he looks so scared. And you can all tell that he is trying to put on a strong face. But he's just a kid and he needs parents and a normal life as a happy child. Leave the war stuff to adults and people who are not ten nor twelve. Poor little darlings.

Child abuse is very profitable in times of famine and war. Anyone who would wage war has no scruples against killing women and children, so why would they care about child soldiers?

The LRA has come to prominence for its use of child soldiers because of a video that went viral. They are not the only military group that uses children, nor is their treatment of the children particularly unique in its extremity. Anyone that cares about this issue needs to stay involved, do more research, and take more action than merely making a donation to the KONY 2012 people. Many groups are using child soldiers. As for KONY 2012, there is only one significant question that needs asking: why does the bulk of the money donated never reach Africa? Only a very small percentage goes to directly help anyone in Africa. There needs to be more oversight of charity organizations, particularly those that have become so internet-savvy.

Child solders is a horror kept up in Africa and the Middle East. There are many reasons for this: lack of able men, the money brought in for selling their child to the army....it's all so pathetic, and tragic.

The LRA leader & gang members must be brought to justice. The boys who were abducted from their homes,given drugs and threatened to kill desperately need to be rehabilitated.

''SIGNED''....this is so wrong. These children should NOT be trained to carry and use guns to kill people. They should be out side playing with other kids and going to school, like they are suppose to be doing, NOT raised up to kill others. Joseph Kony SHOULD be shot for what he has done to these poor children. He is an EVIL man. Leave the children ALONE and let them be children!!!!!!!!!!!!!
