Thank you for defending truly local news. I honestly don't think most people are aware yet of how stupid this is all getting. They are so busy trying to work more hours to keep the roof over their heads or are running scared because their unemployment is running out and they have no time to do anything but continue to plead for a job. The rest are buying into the lies I guess. What a mess.

Local news outsourced becomes petty gossip. Ever play gossip as a kid? "Be Happy" becomes "slap pappy" and the gossip involves a risen Nazi! come back for revenge on the American President.

Don't people get a little suspicious when they see their "local" news doesn't cover anywhere local and is presented by people who obviously are not local? It's bad enough that my city's TV station was closed down over 10 years ago and our "local" news comes from Edmonton. Doing "local" news halfway around the world makes no sense at all. How stupid do they think people are?
