Eat naturally and make your own if you can - and buy organic - it seems the only way to avoid being poisoned!!

It turns out that the low fat (and high sugar) diets we have been recommended to eat over the last thirty years is as bad for us as it can be - see mercola.com for info - we should have fats in our diets and NO sugar (I am working on the latter bit.... slowly[!]).

Love popcorn and corn products in general, but because of the GMO labeling policy I boycot all corn products. Now hearing about the toxic artificial "butter" I feel I made a good move.

We don't have much that is real food anymore in the grocery stores. Most of it is crap. No wonder so many are sick and getting cancer. I gave up the microwave popcorn a long time ago, thankfully I have, as I keep reading all the reason not to eat it.

Popcorn on the stove~ no microwave, cooked with bacon grease! I'm not saying it's healthy, but healthier than butter flavored chemical. I AM saying that it's tasty!

Definitely time to boycott everything that you don't recognise as totally natural (btw the deadly chemical 'aspartame' has now been renamed 'Natural Sweetener' - because too many people are avoiding it! There are increasingly less reasons for refusing to believe they are deliberately trying to poison us.
