The petition here on care2 is not really a petition that will be sent, more of a notification of a petition...these petitions have people thinking they are signing the real deal when they are not, which is very unfortunate,,at least that is my take on them.
If i am wrong please let me know. I have sent a previous pm to the author of these petitions here, but as of yet have not received a response.

Noted and at the moment am having the same old trouble of not being able to get into the site... My first reaction was revulsion and anger and then I thought of my friends who have been secondary teachers who have had nervous breakdowns because of the behaviour of the children and they have been unable to chastise them and if they complain to the parents of the offending children, the parents stand up for the children's awful behaviour and AT LAST. they have SNAPPED! Maybe this is what happened this young man.. I can't read the article yet, but that only goes to prove that it takes people whi gave nerves of steel to teach older children these days! OH!.. It has just let me in to sign which I have done. I know anyone can snap and I am quiet sure that this man will have to live with what he has done forever and hopefully he will never do ANYTHING like that again. He needs anger management and psychiatric help. This is such a sad case ahd I hiope that the little dog is given a special place in Heaven!

This entire incidence is pitiful!!
This young man definitely needs some help--be it medical, psychological, or anger management.
