Friend, thank you for taking action to clean up toxic pollution from cement plants and protect our right to breathe clean air. Earthjustice is fighting tooth and nail to make sure deep-pocketed polluters don't get a free pass to dump unlimited amounts of pollution into the air—but we can't win without you!

i read an interesting article, but I can't remember where, about the future of cement plants changing their formulas so much they might be able to create a process that would become CO2 negative...i.e. take in CO2 from our atmosphere....that would be awesome, but I can't remember where I read it unfortunately....this is signed!

YES!! IT IS TIME!!!! In addition, Just as bad, I was watching the local news recently and found out how much of Lake Eire's beaches are now buried under tons of cement, carelessly dumped there--IT WAS APPALLING!

The petition was closed and an update said the EPA gave them 2 years. We need to keep fighting.
