POGO Investigator Michael Smallberg, the author of the report, said the revolving door is "so pervasive that it threatens the integrity of our regulatory system." The report received excellent coverage in the New York Times, Reuters, CNBC and elsewhere.

Noted w/thanks, Nancy. We've got to stop the fox from guarding the henhouse...the hens have stopped laying eggs. The revolving door must be addressed, I just hope it's not too late.

thank you, Nancy, and thank you, Michael Smallburg.
This is, sadly, not new news, as this kind of thing seems endemic allover the place. But, perhaps this exposure will help to get something done about it.

If they can't get the SEC to regulate and control the loopholes that allow the Money Market and Hedge Fund types and the Mega Corps to reap huge profits yet pay little or no taxes; what hope is there of reinstituting Glass-Steagall; closing the Delaware type tax structures; controlling the US currency on which 17% is paid to foreign FED controllers or levelling the playing field?
