Celebrate International Women's Day by taking a stand for the women who grow and pick cocoa. Mars, Mondelez, and Nestlé buy more than 30% of the cocoa grown worldwide. But throughout their supply chains women are getting a raw deal.

I understand that kids too are involved in being cheated. Stop buying chocolate bars made and sold by these unethical companies.

Slave labor and child labor are two of the reasons I don't eat chocolate. Secondly I will not knowingly purchase any Nestle's product due to their practice of selling water to the Chinese and all the other nefarious things they are involved in.

I stopped eating my favorite chocolate, hersheys, after i learned of their child labor among other things. I guess the rest are off the table as well. Besides, the MILK in the mil chocolate is made by suffering cowies..

If I can find it I eat carob..tastes like chocolate.

Noted and signed : I hope this will help these women have better living conditions. When we buy a brand we must think of the hard work of people who produce for us. Thank you very very much for sharing

It's hard to believe how poorly women are still treated throughout the world in the 21st century.

Signed Slave labor, no doubt. Go to the site there is a link to see how your favorite brand rates -not just chocolate

Thank you for taking action Lisa.

Together, we’re standing up for women working on cocoa farms and pushing the big chocolate companies to put policies in place so women have equal pay, fairer treatment, opportunities for training, the chance to own the land they work, and more.

If signing petitions was enough to make them change, I would sign all day long. But these "big 3" companies need to feel it where it hurts - in the cash register. This is one case where I believe boycotting will make a difference - especially with Easter coming. Think before you buy!!!!
