Aspartame is an artificial sweetener that has received a lot of negative publicity, provoked by consumer concern over its potential health impacts. Namely, aspartame has been linked to the formation of brain tumors. It has also been associated with diabetes, obesity, cancer, and birth defects.

I cannot commend Yoplait after the response they sent to me and all the other people who have asked them for the past 15 years or so to change the shape of their containers so that wild animals do not get their heads stuck in them. Yoplait sent a response stating that a team of technicians was working on redesigning the cups. That was 15 years ago. Obviously, they don't care.

Why must the public plead with the food industry, to do what is right?

I used to eat Yoplait all the time, but, no more.
They use 'corn syrup', which I don't want in any food.
Now, I trust them, at all.
