This speaks directly to the point of a lack of "chitspuff" (according to Michelle Bachmann) by the democratic party, who I think is misreading the real Americans because of the purchased noise from the T-party. Every government, even that of the old Soviet Union has a social contract with the people it is supposed to govern. Currently our own government is not holding up it's end of the bargain, it must begin a real spending campaign not austerity. Spend BIG MONEY on the people, support "small business" so they may hire and grow. We are not are part of yesterday's world but we are forgetting that the past has valuable lessons to teach. One of the important being that of ignoring the needs of the common (and majority) people. There is no question what the agenda of the republican/T's - these policies will cause damage to most while filling the pockets of the few.

Though we must give them credit for all speaking as one unified voice and by doing so are able to convince many that any and all things conceived by a democrat are totally destructive to the American way of life.

I think most of the blame lies less with the democrats and their message and who owns and filters our information sources. If people are to truly begin to grasp the whys of the current economic depression, they must be informed and where will that education come from....the evening news? Not by a long shot. To attempt to destroy and devalue the very important contributions to the recovery of the "Great Depression" is yet one more attempt to create a false image of what actually worked, and rewrite history to reflect the message that the government is fully incompetent and simply cannot create positive active programs to begin the process of recovery. This illusion or conception of a stumbling and incompetent government is an attempt to present our government and most particularly the democrats as led by Obama is in actuality presenting an unreal situation or image of what is not true, in an abnormal or distorted manner. Our government is able do what is needed to put people back to work, to re-build our weakened economy, to invest in the authentic current needs of this country for long term substantive growth.

Some of you may chose to read those derogatory comments made by others about how democrats or President Obama is destroying our country, you do yourself a disservice. What you are reading is nothing more or less then contrived propaganda.

Dear Americans;

President Obama has damaged himself beyond repair on both sides of the aisle and now bids a Lame Duck 2012 Campaign ... with of course MANY more empty promises.

He has only really been successful in his attempts when there is a quick midnight ram-rod vote, which questionably circumvents the will of the American people and sometimes borderlines on an Anti-U.S. Constitutional approach.

Radical Islamic Globalization anyone????

Any Anti-Corporate Government bumper stickers available ? I personally would prefer to go for the top dogs in this mess for over a decade now...and that would be the Corporate Dollar Masters who have bought up most,if not all in the near future, of D.C. If no anti-corporate bumper stickers available maybe some with anti-Fascist take over of our government during the Dubya years will do.

Pink MIndy..personally I think that Corporate America should be the one supplying the jobs not the government. They took the money they were given to do so with and foreign investing and the buying up of other corporate competition instead. It is they who apparently aren't doing even a modest share even when it comes to creating jobs thus a better economy for themselves...perhaps doing so with less profit than their foreign investments are currently.
I also don't think it's up to government to grow more by going into employment for the people...people who should already be on the job that should be supplied by Corporate, but who obviously aren't. Until the Corporates take a major role in solving unemployment there can not be much headway made in the job market. That would only be funding another money pit.

I have finally understood President Obama's Campaign 2012 strategy plan ...

He has allowed and continued the unraveling of the U.S. economy, so as to eliminate our financial ability to counter-campaign against Him ...

Devilishly Ingenious!

Get busy today and don't wait for fate to settle the 2012 election outcome, because time is running out! And if you claim the GOP has gridlocked Obama's agenda, then you also admit that President Obama is indeed a lame-duck 2012 candidate for re-election.

I'm with Jae, if you got some anti GOP obstructionists warmonger bumper stickers or T-shirts I'd be real interested.

Better sell those bumper stickers and T-shirts fast, because a new poll out this morning says that only 28% of the American people aren't blaming the GOP for the failure to get our financial house in order. That would seem to say that 72% of the American people are fed up with the GOP's obstructionists tactics.
