CPS confirms altering files but not to "cover-up" any wrong doing. Files from the week of the boy's death are "confidential" and not released. Right, they can't correct something that was this close to media attention.

This is disgusting. It was a long time social service worker who altered the records. But even if the records had been accurate there is no guarantee cps would have saved the boy's life. Just a month ago, a 10 yr. old was beaten to death by the boyfriend. Numerous people had contacted cps as well as the school and NOTHING was done. Ordinary people, not trained social workers, spotted bruises and other signs. Every time a young child is killed because cps is not doing investigations, there should be automatic firing and loss of benefits and pensions.

Cps does nothing but collect bonuses and break up families! Cps murdered that child because of their negligence! CPS IS A TOTAL FAILURE! There's no due process when it comes to cps justice and for that reason alone they are a failure and should be shut down!!! Thank you Geri!!
