KBR, once a subsidiary of Haliburton, a Cheney company, is notorious for shoddy work and multiple contract violations.

Noted w/thanks, Judy. Glad to see some much deserved compensation going to our troops. I hope this decision stands and isn't appealed by that evil KBR.
