Thank you for posting this Judy. The study cites:

"glyphosate enhances the damaging effects of other food borne chemical residues and environmental toxins. Negative impact on the body is insidious and manifests slowly over time as inflammation damages cellular systems throughout the body."

Children are being born now with over 200 chemicals detected in thier cord blood and there are over 80,0000 chemicals in everyday products. Consider the number of diseases or conditions that are now being determined as originating from an issue with inflammation and an imbalance in the gut flora.

Thanks for pointing out this info from the study, Julie. The role of glyphosate in making us more vulnerable to the onslaught of other chemicals in our environment is an extremely important finding. Time is ticking away while this stuff does ts damage. We can thank Monsanto for that.

Monsanto IS THE CANCER ! Now they are creating poisonous GMO- Trees, which will be the end of many small insects, pollinators. What a brave new world ! Care to read Rachel Carson's book >Silent Spring< ? Published back in 1962, she saw things coming 50 years ago.

Thanks for this, Judy. Monsanto is definitely one of the top examples of the destruction of life for profit. It's depressing to think how much Roundup has been sprayed on lawns and gardens over the years. It should be common sense to not use poison (regardless of what the people who profit from it say) where one lives, or anywhere of course.

I think it has something to do with the pervasive mindset in modern culture that nature is something to control and defeat. We look at things in the past such as blood-letting to cure illness and shudder, yet today we poison ourselves even though the knowledge of how harmful this is exists.

We do not need scientists to know that we are slowly being killed by our lovely corporations.

Thank You Judy for this article. We have to be so in the know as to what can kill us or perhaps harm an unborn child - it is downright scary!

Round Up the casualties, Monsanto's 'collateral damage' continues unabated...and Monsanto wonders why people want GMO foods labelled?

Are we the people going to let this snake Monsanto get by with their poisoning and GM crap, or are we going to fight them tooth and nail? They're awfully good at finding loopholes in the law that they can crawl through, unharmed, while heaven knows what will happen to us, to the earth, to the myriad of animals coming into contact with Monsanto's poisons. Please encourage your grocer to reject anything Monsanto because they are BAD NEWS, folks. BAD NEWS!!!!
