The visuals tell an important story--thank you Judy. Ever since I saw first-hand the beach impacts years after the Santa Barbara oil spill, I've always wanted progress and clean-up success to be measured based on what things were like before and not a cosmetic standard.

What things were like is a much better way to look at it, for sure, J.L. Can't give you another green star at this time.

Often and not only the seas...experiencing biodiversity without chemical contamination is something I yearn for more and more, every day.

How time & compromising our precious oceans, environment & wildlife have taken it's toll!!! We could have done better, taken better care, but will people rise to the challenge of what needs to be done NOW to fix things?? Thanks for this share/posting, Judy, so much~~~

Thanks, ladies. I cherish memories I have of places I have been, that are undeveloped. They keep shrinking. I hope the young people coming up will realize what's at stake, and act accordingly. Our grandchildren will ultimately determine what is valued, and if it's not too late, what the world is to become.

Watched and noted...and wondered if it's already too late to bring our oceans back. Thanks.

our grandparents thought the oceans were a limitless supply of food, but then they ate much smaller protein portions so if we had followed their example, it might have been
