Thank you for posting this hun!

Regarding #1, I always write things down being older, I make an outline when I go to the Doctor, as well as what needs to be done for the month!

This will be printed out! Sadly, don't think it will help some of my relatives, they wouldn't remember where they put the list that they wrote things down on! URGH
