Islamic law is to be effectively enshrined in the British legal system for the first time under guidelines for solicitors on drawing up "Sharia compliant" wills. Under ground-breaking guidance, produced by The Law Society, High Street solicitors will

Soon to appear on the streets of London bumper stickers warning "No hand signals; twice convicted Sharia thief" and getting "stoned" will take on a whole new and exciting meaning for the gullible voters.

I think that foreigners who move into a country should assimilate with the new country's laws and way of life, and am surprised that the new country (the UK) in this instance doesn't have a law giving them a certain time to become citizens and live as the people of UK does, or be deported. Good luck, my friend. Hoping that doesn't happen here.

This is against the British legal system and law! I hope that the courts over turn these as in breach of their human rights!

WE ARE IN DEEP DOO DOO IN THE WEST AS ISLAM MARCHES ALONG OVER AND DESTROYS EVERYTHING WESTERN CIVILIZATION HAS FOUGHT AND DIED FOR SO THAT WE CAN LIVE IN FREEDOM.

This is an alarming and highly substantive incursion into Western law. As always, it starts out with a little, and then Islamists want more and more and more. We will have nothing left of what we recognize, it will be an empty shell. People need to learn what is going on, or you will lose all those things that you take for granted, and life will be somewhere in the dark ages insofar as human rights.

The people in Britain that allow this ought to be tried for treason.

.....under ground-breaking guidance, produced by The Law Society, High Street solicitors will be able to write Islamic wills that deny women an equal share of inheritances and exclude unbelievers altogether.

The documents, which would be recognised by Britain’s courts, will also prevent children born out of wedlock – and even those who have been adopted – from being counted as legitimate heirs.....

I always thought lawyers were the lowest of the low, striving to ensure criminals and paedophiles don't have to pay the price for committing crimes, just for the money. But now it seems they have found a new low to sink to. Now they are actively discriminating against women, children and people who's moral standards prevent them from following the evil that is islam. And why are they doing it? Simply because it opens up a new market for them.

Lawyers and muslims are much the same in that both groups are devoid of any moral fibre whatsoever. I only hope that those in influence who are mouthing off about this, don't allow themselves to be bought off too. Let's hope they follow through voraciously on this and make sure they have this treasonous move overturned asap!!

"It opens the way for non-Muslim lawyers in High Street firms to offer Sharia will drafting services. "

Pigs at the treasonous trough

I am just shocked by this.A separate law for the Muslims? Quietly, gradually, England is loosing all sense of itself.

I think it is a guide to assist the law in dealing with specific Muslim problems.

They dont have any common sense over here now where the muslims or immigrants are concerned They only want to appease them Its weak minded politicians and governments that have let this happen they brainwash the people with junk programs on the TV etc saying we all have to live now in a multi culture society and so be it and accept all the immigrants and try to say we are not overcrowded Well i would call over 65 million people now on an island roughly 1000 miles long overcrowded Who are they kidding just themselves
