Thanks Phyllis, It's not often to find good news like this lucky person. Sometimes it's hard enough to just find that stable employment which offers solid job security. Especially in the current society and in the country run by the Bush Regime.

I only wish that interest rates could be much more less or even eliminated. That may seem far fectched. But sometimes the monthly payment can be so high that you end up paying double or triple the amount. But this idea is great. Forgivable loans to help families get there own home and continue working!
