It cost the British tax payers millions of pounds to get rid of this treacherous, ingrate bastard who preached hatred and terror against the very country that gave him sanctuary. I hope the British government learns from this fiasco.

Why on earth does the UK tolerate garbage like this? Thanks Tommy.

the capacity for such relentless and poisonous hatred beggars my imagination. makes me wonder how a person's mind can become so distorted.

It is amazing that the same people that want to have Shira law are so quick to use western law to further their cause. The very same society that they hide behind is the same one they want to destroy.

If this was Saudi Arabia or Syria they would have been beheaded years ago for kidnapping etc. unless it was for the purpose of Jihad.

Had it been up to the Labour government he would have no doubt been kept in the UK as a "National Treasure" to end up in the House of Lords as a Labour peer. After all, it was the (dis) honourable Tony Blair egged on by his acquisitive wife who bent over backwards to introduce HR legislation that has worked in favour of this man for over ten years. What a windfall this man and his chums have been for the UKs poverty stricken lawyers!

So glad the US wanted him, but good riddance.

Finally! Such a hateful, evil scumbag. Let's hope the US won't act too PC toward him now. Everyone is so afraid to 'offend' Muslims now for fear of violence and killings.

Stan you're so right! If a non-Muslim had done the crimes this creep has done and said all the hateful things against that country and Islam that this hatemonger has said against Britain and the West, he would have been killed by an angry Muslim mob.

Non-Muslims don't dare even protest their persecutions and ethnic cleansing by Muslims in Muslim occupied lands because they would be attacked, burned and driven out or just torn to pieces for suggesting that they should have human rights under Islam when Allah said that can never be, and isn't.

They're already being ethnically cleansed in every Muslim dominated land from nothern Nigeria to 'moderate' Indonesia (where 300 churches have been destroyed already), and that is after living as second class citizens in their own native lands that were conquered by Islam. No one seems to be concerned about this.

Good. Too bad he won't get an Islamic Sharia punishment for his hate preaching (and he's not the only one if you remember the undercover many week documentary report from Channel 4 TV on the hate preaching at the popular Green St. mosque in Birmingham). To criticise Islam is to be crucified or have hands and feet chopped off (so much for the religion of 'peace' and 'tolerance' which only apply if the infidel 'submits' to Islamic rule and an inferior status - something Islamists never tell you when they say this). But if any advanced western nation were to do something like this for similar offenses to these hateful Orthodox Muslims who live off our freedoms, tolerance, laws and systems, then spit in our faces, or worse, Islamists would scream about their 'rights and what victims they are'.

John S,
"So glad the US wanted him, but good riddance."

Can't we just dump him somewhere over the ocean during transport? But then I'd feel sorry for the fish!

Oh, Imran, I was just going to suggest they drop him in shark-infested waters, but it would probably be dangerous for the sharks. I can't believe the UK actually acquiesced finally.

This creep chose to attack and vilify the UK and in return they gave him and his huge family hundreds of thousands of pounds in social security benefits and rental allowance.
Has the UK government gone absolutely nuts?
Imagine the converse to this situation. A Christian cleric goes to a Muslim country and preaches hatred and death to that country. He wouldn't last a minute before he was torn apart by a rabid mob. Yet the UK tolerates these ingrates and gives them ridiculous sums of money to boot.
I'm confused.

At last this man will have the chance to reap what he has sown. Good luck with that, Abu. And I wish they'd stop calling terrorists clerics. Any fool who says he is an imam, is one. No training, no theology, just some twit's saying he is one is all it takes. Which explains a lot about the quality of their thinking, or non quality is a better phrase. "I promise I read this book and I know what God wants, kill everyone who isn't us." Yeah, cleric. Call a terrorist a terrorist and a criminal for that is what preaching hatred and calling for murder is - in any language.
