Humans NEVER learn so they ??? I am not even a fisherman & seeing thouands & thousands being taken up on a tv show & than they give 4 months before they go out again & take thousands & thousands more out of the ocean,, it don't take a genius to know that they are over fishing the fish...but would they listen,,
how do they know how much is in the ocean till they throw there nets in & oppsss somethings wrong.. few fish ... anywhere in the ocean.. then they kill sharks & dolphins & what other fish rely on to help survive from crabs & such.. ALL I can say is ... Care2 told you so.. but you wouldn't listen.. next is the wolves & bears & all will be gone cuz of stupid uncaring deaf ears of the fisherman & hunters... :-( who never learn..

Karin been there, done that. I wrote we ate fish because of the essential omega-3 fatty acids. Karin wrote to me about dulse, which has the same two essential fatty acids. I have also learned that chai sprouts have 18 times as much fatty acids as salmon.

We do not need to eat much fish when there are healthier alternatives!
