Natural Gas Drilling is forcing residents in West Virginia to put spikes in the roads to stop drilling trucks from destroying their land, water, and air. In Pennsylvania rural folks are trespassing in order to document toxic natural gas production waste.

Sure is Jodi, but people have to fight back, our Government isn't doing much to help us out.

What happened to solar panels and wind energy creating new green jobs? If they are looking for natural gas I heard this was a much better alternative to oil,and that a large diesel 18 wheel truck could run for thousands of miles before refueling. I don't like the way they are destroying the land to find it. of course they did not mention that unpleasant destructive part.
Thanks Dandelion keep them coming!!!!!

We are building solar panels and wind mills for our home. It is our intention to be full independent form our electric compaony regarless that we are 25 miles outside the nearest town with no other power company to rely upon. We have already built 4 of the 10 solar panels that we will need for our home, and when you have darkness for 6 months out of the year it is going to be a challenge....*S* But we are putting up 2 windmills as well.....*S*
This will be a challenge to live off grid...but that is exactly what we are going to do...*S*
