Exposes the dangers of voting machines used during America's mid term and presidential elections. Electronic voting machines count approximately 90% of America's votes in county, state and federal elections. Where is my vote in Florida's 2000 election?

Ok for some reason this movie isn't playing this way. So you need to copy and paste this link. I'll try to hotlink it in a few minutes.

I can't stress enough how important a film this is. Whatever your political beliefs are, we need to know that our vote is counted correctly. This will show you what is truely going on. This needs to stop or we have no vote.

Sorry I just noticed if you got to visit site the Video works. I live here in Volusia County Florida and I know my vote wasn't counted back in the 2000 election along with 16,022 others. As it is documented history that Bush won the State of Florida by only 537 votes over Gore, our entire history was changed based on hacking. As those in Iran have stated "Where is my vote?" I say the same thing in the USA, "Where is my Vote?"

I know this is an hour and 20 minutes long........but you can be as informed as you want to be, but if when you cast your vote it isn't being counted correctly then all that you did in becoming educated, how you helped to get the one you feel elected into power, and all that goes behind an election, is for naught.

Thanks Carole. Also click on visit site that works too. Google movies don't work the same as youtube movies I guess.

PLEASE WATCH........No matter what your political beliefs. This affects us all.

Did any one's vote count in 2000? Seems to me the Supremes made that decision for all of us. Even though the constitution says they can not do that, why bother with an old bit of velum, we can just make up rules as they seem to fit.
I'll watch later Dandelion, have to go back to the dentist - he was running way behind this morning.

In Texas we can still vote on paper but that too goes into the machine. Are they pre-fixed, well there has been more then a little evidence that supports that, particularly in precincts considered to vote strongly democrat.

Yes please do watch Kit, it's an amazing film and I was crying along with the woman towards the end of the film. I am also angered too. Hope the Dentist goes well for you, I have a feeling this film will be more painful as the Truth is learned.

Please come back everyone after watching the film with your feedback.

I have for a long time wondered if voting in america was ever legitiamite or has it always been a execise to dupe us into belivieving something that was never true to begin with. Far fetched? begs to wonder.

I am extremely pleased that this video was made, it was done very well. We owe a lot to Bev Harris for her tenacity in what she did. I hope everyone will WATCH this for it covers a lot but is still easy and simple to follow.

We need to demand that our Towns and Cities do our elections the old fashioned way. There was less room for tampering that way. Of coarse things happened, but there was always eyes from both parties as well as Independents who observed. With this type of tampering there is no way to prove anything. Except when the minus votes came up, but even then, nothing was done about it. Thanks for watching Lisa, get the word out to others.

Just finished watching the film and, while I'm not shocked, I am outraged! It appears to be quite easy to decide an election before the voting takes place. And the fact that two methods were found that didn't even involve the voting machines themselves is very frightening! No unauthorized person should be able to access and alter the database without being detected, and in this case, even "authorized" persons shouldn't be trusted unless safeguards are followed. Hacking the computer code used in the memory cards, although denied by Diebold, would explain the number of negative votes that were cast for Al Gore --which would convince a lot of people that it actually happened.

Why are they allowed to get away with this? I noticed that the official in Cleveland practically kissed the Diebold representative's ass when he questioned him about the voting machines, so I wasn't surprised to learn that he was a member of the Republican party who had been receiving substantial contributions from the Diebold Corp. And look at what two terms of "Dubya's" leadership has resulted in! We wouldn't be in the mess we're in if the actual winner had taken office. But then these large corporations, who routinely get contracts for their "rigged" voting machines, don't seem to care. They've gotten our taxpayer dollars --and in return, we get to vote using machines we paid for that might not be recording our actual votes --depending upon which method they're using to change the results. We're being played for fools, and that's the ultimate kick in the ass!

We owe a debt of gratitude to Bev Harris and Kathleen Wynne and all the individuals who went to such lengths to expose this injustice. And thank you, Dandelion, for bringing this documentary to our attention. I only know you through Care2, but to me, you're like a one-woman band always drawing out attention to the injustices we might otherwise overlook. Thank you for that!

When a person goes to vote and none of the above is the only sane vote, he checks to see if the machine will take a write in. I wrote in Dr. Paul in 2008 because of my disdain for both VP candidates. When my precinct came out in the paper, my vote didn't show up. This is the kind of thing that makes me distrustful. Of course I live in Texas, home of the stupidest people in America. How stupid are they? They just gave governor goodhair a third term. I guess that says it all.

Carole Sarcinello (338)

Sheryl, I applaud your efforts to bring to light an issue that many have attempted to bury.
As the owner of the Care2 group, Put the NO back in NOvember (originally started by Mark Smith, a former Care2 member), I have been actively researching election tampering for some time.
The following is a chilling example of how electronic voting machines can purposely miscount ballots.
Please bear in mind that, voting is no longer meaningful if votes are either miscounted or NOT counted.
Electronic Vote Tampering Is a Real Flipper: Diebold Talks Garbage!
"It's Not a Clock Function! It Changes Votes!"
Velvet Revolution [1]'s Segment 5 in the Stephen Spoonamore's Diebold vote tampering expose series is brief, and loaded. Computer code wizard Stephen Spoonamore describes just one way that Americans' votes can be manipulated, and cast fraudulently for another candidate. Although a Diebold official claimed that a common programming fix called a patch was a "clock function," when Stephen examined the code, he found that it is actually a "comparator," one way that electronic voting can be compromised [2].
Installation of the "clock function" was important enough to be hand delivered, just two days before the election. Chambliss' son, Bo, is a registered lobbyist for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He is also a member of the Capitol Club [3], which "maintains a membership of only one hundred from the greater Washington, D.C. area and beyond." Their sponsors [4] include: Vineyard Vines, Anheuser-Busch, Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, National Beer Wholesalers Association, Red Bull, Rolls-Royce North America, Mercedes-Benz, Moet & Chandon, Buscadores Tequila, and Beretta.
In the 2002 election Stephen mentions, Max Cleland, an incumbent, decorated Vietnam veteran triple amputee, was "beaten" by Saxby Chambliss, after Chambliss used campaign ads pairing Cleland with Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. Republican Senator John McCain of Arizona said [5] of one ad, "[I]t's worse than disgraceful, it's reprehensible;" Republican Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska said the ads were "beyond offensive to me."
The Group contains a wealth of other information, which is available for those who are truly interested in availing themselves of it.  Because of the volume of research done by Mark, myself and other members, I have purposely obtained ownership of the group to ensure that it can be visited.

Noted and thanks, Sheryl... I didn't have a problem getting to watch it... I had a problem watching it because I've known this has been going on since 2000.
And while we're on the subject of voting... today I received a notice from Progressives stating President Obama has put social security and medicare on the table in hopes of reaching a compromise with the Republicans. Months ago, I pledged that if Obama put these two benefits in jeopardy, I would withold giving him any help with his re-election campaign, and today I reconfirmed that pledge. As citizens of this country we shouls be outraged... not only by Obama throwing people under the bus, but by the voter fraud that takes place in this country. I can fairly well state with a certainly this is what happened in Wisconsin's Supreme Court election. We have to be extra heedful of everything that's going on around us at the polls!

Manipulation of votes have been tampered with for years, the very reason why Bush became president rather then Gore as they had an agenda in the making! Your vote counts for nothing, another lie making you believe it does. Thanks Dandelion.

MORE votes that are repeatedly "misplaced":

EVERSOLE: Military voters soon to be disenfranchised - again
By most accounts, the 2008 presidential election was a disaster for military voters. Thousands of them were disenfranchised when their absentee ballots were sent to wrong addresses, lost in the mail or mailed too close to the election for the ballot to be returned. To make matters worse, thousands of ballots were rejected by local election officials because the ballot - through no fault of the military voter - arrived after the election deadline.
Much of this disaster could have been avoided by the Voting Section of the Justice Department, and without swift action, the Voting Section will cause a similar disaster in 2010 despite congressional efforts to fix the problem.
The long-standing problems associated with military voting are well-known. As most Americans discovered during the 2000 election, military voters face significant hurdles when voting because of the transitory nature of military life and the delays associated with delivering absentee ballots, especially to war zones. These problems only have increased as America has sent hundreds of thousands of military members to Iraq and Afghanistan.

@ Toni...omg, no truer words were spoken. But frankly, I have been outraged since Obama got elected and I am a democrat. And Henriette, we all saw the true story with what happened in Florida. Sad, we love our country, but do they????

This film shows, it matters not when you vote, early or late, will your vote be counted at all. I've got my little Granddaughter doing an unexpected sleepover tonight so I'm off of the computer and can't comment more indepth. I do see Carole left a ton of information to go through so I will quickly say thank you and I'll go through it tomorrow. Appreciate that you also sent this along to others for a viewing.

Thanks Susanne R. for the compliment, that you actually watched the film and share this with others is all the thanks I truly need. I put these films on Care2 to give as much information as I can in as clear way that I can so that we know what we are dealing with. We don't have to like it but let us at least know what we are dealing with and we need to be united in our knowledge. Shed light onto all of it. Cockroaches hate it when you turn the lights on.

As they said back in the day - vote Early AND Often!;) RepubliCONs are always claiming Democrats are cheating the vote - so that Automatically means RepubliCONs are doing it! They know if Every Registered Democrat VOTED RepubliCONs couldn't win anything except LOCAL city &/or county elections in a few states!
That's why they redistrict as often as possible, to make it harder for Democrats to find their polling places & vote! I don't know why RepubliCONs hate dead Americans, if they go to all the trouble to vote even after death, then it should count!;) hehe..:)

The Diebold machines are the ones that often give the most trouble. The election of 2000 was stolen by GWB in Florida, there seems to be little doubt about that. The Supreme Court made the decision to stop the recount. Has anyone noticed the decisions coming out of the Supreme Court lately? Very very scary!

You know, here there's a whole movement against e-voting,that's why it has been only partially applicated.I'm with them.I don't complain about stay counting and re counting votes and filling a number of forms till next morning.I'm persuaded that,in spite of annoying burocracy, that's far much trustable than e-voting.

It's a shame that we have such crooks to destroy the American Way. Using absentee ballots doesn't work either. In Ohio for Bush's 2nd election, they found closets full and a car trunk full of uncounted Democrat absentee ballots a few weeks after the election. The guy is spending time in prison, but we all know that he was not the only one involved, and if it can happen there, how many more states did it happen in? Our democracy has been eroding right from under our feet.

Looks like you need to have some " relieable and independent supervisors" flown in for 2012, I suggest from maybe Afghanistan, Iran or an African country ^^
What if,...what if people just stop going to the polls?? If you get sh..y leaders in any case, what's the use in voting ?

Knew this was happening but it's still SCARY, SCARY STUFF. SO VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!! FOR ALL TO SEE.

We all need to post this far and wide on any and all media outlets. People need to be informed and WARNED.

The Right is doing their damn-est to manipulate and suppress votes. They cannot win on merit of ideas or strength of character so it's cheat, lie and subvert. All very, very ugly and completely UN-AMERICAN, disgusting traits. Pitiful excuses for human beings that brought us the ever damaging George Bush and Co.

Thanks all for viewing this film and forwarding along. Wow, just came on for the first time today and only for a few minutes. The thing that really troubled me is at the end when they did the hacking experiment. One can have a piece of paper and everything looks fine, but it isn't. Even the Elections Overseer said, he'd have no way of knowing something was wrong, he'd say it was a good and accurate election. There was no way to tell the election, the machine, or anything was tampered with, but it was.

Thanks for the kind words and the invite to this great video Dandelion Watching now. Two minutes in... I haven't heard the word Diebold yet....oops...there it is.

Based on what I already know and what I've seen since 2000, I have declared a hundred times... Paper trail. Our votes should not be entrusted to software. There may be nothing more important to our Democratic Republic, than being able to confirm our votes.

Watched. High praise to those who did all the work confirming our worst suspicions. They are hero's.

This is the best of that which I have seen on this subject.

Aside from the obvious that I think many of us knew and this work confirms... what I find most disturbing and condemning of our system, is Kerry, conceding.... as a follow up to what the SCOTUS did to Gore who also did not seem to fight back much. They really seem to be doing what they are told. Scripted.Back down. Do what you are told.

This has now been done to us at least twice and there seems no end in sight. I will be writing Obama, for what its worth on this subject. I know...I know...I just don't know what else to do, and if we all write and let them know we see it, and demand a paper trail...

We have to try. Ignoring this, or opting out won't help. You know, these great people who did the work to bring us this info didn't really have to look that deep. It was in the garbage. The arrogance of the simple hack which I can tell you is, childish, tells us much, and then they didn't really hide the evidence. They just threw it away, and still...what is being done? Nothing that I know of. Perhaps they knew nothing would be done. I don't know.

Join the local party group, work to elect the candidate you believe in, vote in the primaries, work to elect the candidate who you can support, and then vote on Election Day. Then call, write, petition, visit, and generally let our leaders know that stay leaders only if they do what is right.

Those things are all fine Patrick, but if the voting machines are rigged, which it was proven they were and are then it matters not all you say. We need to know our vote is counted, and this film shows that it hasn't been in the 2000 Presidential Election and the other elections mentioned in the film. We need paper ballots not these Corporate rigged machines.

I missed this back in July and just listened to it. It was certainly extensively researched and shown to have a shady aura right from the beginning of the Diebold not being able to be checked. Bad news. Certainly Kit nailed it on the head, too. The Supremes (this is an insult to the "girl group" you know)... The Supreme Court should never have made the decision. And why weren't they prosecuted for their usurpation of the election? Won't happen in these United States since the takeover by Bush and corporateocracy. Thank you, Dandelion, for continuing to spread the word. In the beginning was the Word, you know.

Sheryl G (360)

Thanks Caitlin for having watched this movie. I try to at least get the information out to the people. The more of the people who know of this the better. This is not one of those cases what you don't know won't hurt you, it will and a free and uncorrupt election is at the core of our Democracy. If the election is rigged or hacked it will matter not all the rest of it, how much the voting public is informed, for if the "fix" is in, it will go that way, no matter what.
