The Govt has succeeded in misleading over 200 co-defendants, their attorneys, and three Honorable Superior Court Judges. The Government withheld 69 additional recordings by Project Veritas and altered others.

Thank goodness our courts are standing up against these unjust arrests and overblown charges. Just as with the protesters at Standing Rock, of whom many have had their charges dropped or lowered as well.

What about hiding the evidence? That's a criminal offense. Have they been charged? I bet not.

Peggy makes a good point. This news is good. Hopefully the others' charges will be dropped, too.

So relieved that the justice system is holding up against DT's warped values ...

The years in prison, if they were convicted was 61 years, that is a life sentence - not like we are talking about a few months in jail. So this is very very agregious that information and evidence to the contrary was withheld. It also states that other human beings were going to allow this to happen to their fellow Americans.
