Eyewitness News 4 has obtained home video showing an Albuquerque city worker choking, tossing, and kicking a newly adopted puppy. Yvette Tapia works at City Hall as a secretary in the legal department.

Noted and signed. Disgusting treatment and this person is in a legal dept???I certainly would not want her handling anything legal. That poor pup, bless the neighbor and taping this horrible person..we will never know what isn't taped. I am disgusted with people like this. Jail time to the maximum is the only fair verdict. And her job, at very least note it in her file. She could have a problem. Thanks for sharings

I seen this today I sgned and fowarded. I hope she looses her job and charges brought up on her, to do this to an innocent puppy how hateful and mean. I'm so glad her neighbor steped it up for these pups.

What a disgusting filthy pig, that poor puppy, how the heck does someone like that get a job in the legal department??? I hope she doesn't have kids, if she does, child services needs to take them away, God forbid a child should ever make her angry. People like this are a waste of life. She needs to be tossed from high in the air, and then made to land on concrete, with a splat.

Can't understand why she adopted the puppy to begin with only to abuse it. I hope they fire her & ban her from ever having animals again. Jail time should definitely be given to her at least she will have shelter, food & water, that's more then what she gave to the puppy except when she sprayed him with the hose, she needs to be hosed but by hoses that the fire department uses. What a piece of garbage!

so glad to see a petition on this, some people just need to have a defenseless creature around to abuse, it gives their sick minds some kind of satisfaction. just look at the jerk who picked up the free kittens, just so he could toss them from his truck while driving.
I hope she is forever banned from all animal contact, evil monster!
