This is why some places are trying to ban the plastic bags. I use my own bags when shopping. They are stronger, hold more and much better all round. Thanks for posting!!

If everyone would switch to reusable bags that would be a great start.

Hey, the Chinese hawkers are back again, with no comment at all relating to any post. Just using care2 to sell cheap shit using well known brand names. First of all Zhen H. wants a free add, the products infringe international patent laws, which Chinese do not recognise, in the end people chuck it away, because 50% of the time it does not work. More land fill, more $ to China, hey people, wake up. Protect your own jobs.
As for Zhen H. ; sure, I could like to use a few choice words, but I will simply say : vanish, disappear!

One thing that frightens me is that now a lot of supermarkets are cutting down on free plastic bags and encouraging people to buy Recycleable bags, made out of plastic. I know it helps but why can these reusable bags not be made from something that is enviroment friendly. The bags are cheap to encourage you to buy them but as they are cheap they have no value and will be replaced often. We need to ban plastic bags and then start on alternatives to everything being packaged in plastic. We have a long way to go.
