It is shameful that a lot of people buy stuff, use it, and then return it. I have on occasion returned items, but only if I had a legitimate reason, such as a printer that wouldn't work with either of my laptops.

You can NOT return underwear in Australia, i'm appalled that you can in the US.
US return policies are way too lax!!!

You can't returned worn underwear in US either unless it's defective in which case you're refunded and they are disposed of. These are returns that haven't been worn. So, no, US returns are not too lax.
