Well I didn't go Looking for Trouble;
But I couldn't avoid This;
States Have a Responsiblity To SAVE LIVES;
Not Neglect Till Murder is the only Answer.
I used to Love Zoo's when I was a kid.
I lost the Attraction to Watching Caged animals When I grew up;
However I recognize that Zoos have a Value in Protecting Wildlife creating alternate Gene Pools for endangered Species; and Educating People TO CARE about Animals.
HOW CAN these Beaurocrats Be So Heartless;
TIME to Cut OFF THIER HEALTH CARE;
as PEOPLE WITHOUT HEARTS ARE JUST ZOMBIES...

This crisis is beyond help. States without balanced budget constitutions are all in trouble and the first cuts the make are to animal shelters, zoos, and wildlife parks. The federal government has burdens all of the states with unfunded mandates. The US and every state without a balanced budget is is the most trouble they have been in since the Great Depression. The leaders who led us into this dire situation should be head down in the landfills.
