Asteroid Mysteriously Disintegrates, and NASA's Hubble Telescope Captures It

This asteroid -- consisting of ten huge rocky segments with comet-like dust -- started coming apart last year and continues to break into smaller pieces. Could be due to a sunlight effect, as logged by Sunstroke author David Kagan in Doomwatch Legacy.
