there are drugs for this and other stronger natural products to help than mentioned here, but this is a good start with your diet.

I particularly recommend walnuts, raw or lightly-cooked ginger, raw or slightly-cooked carrots, hemp oil & hemp fibre, and lots of organic green/yellow/orange produce. These together with a balanced vegan diet have done WONDERS for my own similar experiences with fatigue and the other symptoms the author describes. Some of the dietary suggestions in this article are not sustainable and/or not humane, however.

I have had this for years, and unfortunately I'm also allergic to many of the foods on this list. So I have had to supplement with adrenal hormones (DHEA, Hydrocortisone). But the points in this article are excellent, and anyone who suffers from chronic exhaustion should have their thyroid and adrenal glands tested. They should also be tested for Lupus, which was my final diagnosis.

not every one is a vegan or vegetarian , however I am mostly raw foods and vegetarian. animals can be consumed and raised and killed in a humane manner and sustainable, prior to going vegan, I got free range.

I can' tolerate steroids and do/have taken DHEA although I started losing a lot of hair on my head and have stopped, it can cause hair loss especially in women, Hydrocortisone I can;t tolerate, it's a steriod there are other forms from big pharma as well I can't tolerate. (for low blood volume).

thank you for your responses. Starting with what you eat is the basics

I use raw hemp (hemphearts, and contrentrated protein which create problems for me, however several of the amino acids in it and anything else make my dystonia's worse, another topic (DLPA, PEA, and Tyrosine, all what you need for great mood, energy, clarity of mind, weight loss, pain relief so just my luck from damage done from prescribed drugs)
