I found this Dublin, Ireland based company that's found a way to get people around, free of charge, and free of the noise and emissions of typical cabs, all the while giving companies a unique way to get the word out. Bingo!

Hmm..this is good. Electric vehicles are still expensive, and this introduces the public to the concept. Eventually we will all be driving electric cars, this is just the perfect way to get started.

Janna are you referring to Eco Cabs, or the commenter before you? If Eco Cabs, they're electric assist, quieter then a Prius I reckon.
