This is tragic. The 1994 Northridge earthquake in California was 6.4 and some of the damage looks so similar. Brings back flashbacks when the sun rose and I first saw the damage it caused. My heartfelt concern goes to the good people of New Zealand and my deepest condolences to those families and friends of those who did not survive.

Such eerie images. I pray for those lying in wait to be rescued soon, there apppear to be many countries involved in sending rescue crews to help search through the rubble. May the rescue teams and those who endured this natural disaster be safe.

IT seems not one country these days has not felt the pain and horror of such natural disasters... It is difficult to fathom when you see these pictures.
