I've just taught myself to knit, relying heavily on youtube. I always forget that it exists, until I want to learn how to do something, and I typically am routed there! I loved to draw when I was younger and would like to get back into it, as well as learn how to paint. Thank you so much for this!

This is great Anna, thanks! Photography was/is my art form. Many semesters of art. Forwarded this on to my grandchildren along with the Science Fiction list in a different article.

Noted, and thanks for the article, Anna... I guess I really should look into YouTube, huh? I went through school studying art and art history.. used chalks and charcoal, watercolor, and some acrylics. Used to love it, but these past few years have gotten away from it. Don't know that my arthritic hands will allow me to do too much, anymore, but, you've managed to pique my curiosity, so I guess I'm going to see what I can find.

Bookmarked and noted with thanks! I am setting up a room to use for my arts and crafts, and one thing I have been looking forward to is taking up painting again after 30 years. This is inspiring! Thank you!!!

I'm rather envious of those who DON'T have a TV addiction to stick to the useful vids on YouTube & not go wandering about. :)
