So it still comes down to it they are still useing animals for testing, I don't care if it is mice its an animal, and they didn't really say what kind of animal. They showed a mouse, so who knows hua? Thanks Trudi noted

I think all animal testing is bad, since animals are inocent creatures, that have no voice !

Hi Trudi -- noted. Animal testing has been shown, MANY times, to be inaccurate. Thalidomide was found "safe" when tested on animals -- and we all know what happened when it was prescribed. Testing for cosmetics, is especially cruel and unnecessary!

Noted. If there is a question about harming people with what they put on their skin...then common sense alone should say, "don't use it in the product." It should not be that it is tested on animals to see how much of a bad thing they tolerate...or the extent of any damage. Tolerance isn't the issue. Using animals for testing as it relates to cosmetics just is a means that does not justify the end.

Russia's law /attitude is the case right across the board. In Australia the animal testing component prevents companies being sued because they have the data and just point out the animal testing they have done. To me this is very dangerous ground, extreme, unnecessary cruelty to animals and detrimental if not fatal to humans. So many tests are non-transferrable to humans so are a total waste of time and resources that would be better used in practices that can benefit the human race.We are told animals are nothing like us so why do they continue to test on them, getting results that ultimately kill people every year?? Not only is animal testing an abomination against any living being but the unnatural mind-numbing confinement in wire cages is totally inhumane. It is time to stop animal testing and use our intelligence to come up with methods that WILL benefit us not make us guinea pigs at the end of a long line of guinea pigs. Thank you Trudi.

One of the man's big things. Great product, no animal testing, never has been. The man was a genius:)

Voted. I can't believe yes for beauty, but not for medical purposes is ahead. These people think it's ok for their cosmetics. They need to test it on themselves. Makeup and perfumes are luxury items and animals should not be tortured and die for this at all. Noted with disgust. Thanks Trudi.

Not caring is as bad as doing cruel things, every decent person would ensure if possible that no animal has had to suffer just give them pleasure.Animals do feel pain and have feelings, which unfortunatly is more than some of the numpties that abuse them do.

Animal testing is wrong because they can't tell you if that hurts or what not. And the animal ends up dead. So I believe animal test of any kind should be ban everywhere in the states and countrys.

Animals suffer again for HUMAN VANITY. why wear make-up? Natural, healthy glowing skin looks best. Plus why do they have to test the same things over and over? why is once not enough? We now know exactly, what chemicals harm us, we don't need to test it anymore. so why not eliminate it?

Science is certainly NOT cutting edge. It's 2008! We should know exactly how different ingredients work on people. Humans are a whole different species than mice. I need to say, I don't trust these test results and the scientists should be a step or two ahead of me to know ANIMAL TESTING has no integrity if the test is to determine a reaction of a Human. OMG,Are Russian scientists really that slow?
