Most of the educators I know, whether at the secondary school level or university level, whose first language is not English and do speak with an accent have a better command of the English language than many North American born citizens. I often found that their writing skills often are superior to those of North Americans. I think that when someone learns a second language, they pay more attention to the correct usage of grammar, spelling and syntax. I think Arizona is doing a great disservice to its' students by removing their bilingual program.

Sending a Green Star is a simple way to say "Thank you"
You cannot currently send a star to Margaret because you have done so within the last week.
Much Love,
B.D♥
