Tax deduction for stay at home moms

I am a stay at home mom and 3 years ago i found out that I get a tax deduction / credit for being a full time stay at home mom ..... after filing our taxes is when I found out that being a FULL TIME stay at home mom of my two children ages 2 and 6 months I was given a lowsy 143.00 in refunds/credits....

I am asking that all parents sign this petition to help raise that amount maybe not for yourself but for your wife, your neighbor, your daughter, your sister, who ever it may be heck even for those stay at home dads.

I know 143.00 is something but come on its really more of an insult saying here we will reward you for working your tail off everyday and everynight for the past year here is 143.00 ...

Thats 71.50 per child per year ,
.... thats 19.5 cents a day
.... I dont know about you but that makes me upset that the government thinks my time is only worth 19.5 cents a day, no I didnt become a mom to be rich but come on give us more credit than 19.5 cents a day
