Tell Petbarn to stop supporting RSPCA NSW

Last year, RSPCA NSW made a profit of $10,155,635, of this, Petbarn contributed significant amounts through their own fundraising initiatives, such as their annual "giving tree". We, as consumers, and as animal lovers, are outraged that  an animal welfare group making so much money, still holds such a high kill rate. The figures speak for themselves, 40.5% of all dogs, and 58% of all cats impounded by the RSPCA NSW last year were killed.

As animal lovers, we do NOT want our money to go towards a profit driven company, hiding under the guise of an animal welfare group.

As consumers, we hold the power to create change. Let Petbarn know that we will not continue to shop at their stores, or support their brand, whilst they continue to support the wrong people.

We would rather see this money and support going to local, community run, no kill rescues who continue to work hard, despite often being under funded, whose eyes aren't clouded by greed, who are not driven by profit,  and who have, collectively, managed to make a huge impact on the number of animals being killed in pounds across the state. Rescues who the RSPCA refuse to release animals to, choosing to euthanize them instead.

Sign the petition, and let Petbarn know you support local, no kill rescues, not the profit driven, high kill RSPCA.
