God gives all people dignity, but for children living without homes and families fleeing conflict, simple necessities like clean water and soap can make an enormous difference. Requests for LWR Health Kits and quilts continue to grow. To meet those urgent needs we need your help. Assemble kits, sew quilts and share these gifts of Christ’s love.

ACTS 2:46 & 47

WHAT are harvest days?
In October and November, Christians across the earth celebrate Harvest Days. These celebrations are not on the same day as they are celebrated on different days in different nations.
In many nations, harvest days are like Thanksgiving is in the United States and Canada! A day or week set aside to celebrate The Lord's gifts of harvest, His goodness, His holiness and His gift of salvation!
Another reason Harvest Days is celebrated is to replace the holiday of Halloween. Harvest Days is a safe holiday for Christians who do not wish to participate in Halloween. Harvest Days can be celebrated in a church, or in a home, or in any facility set aside for this purpose. At a Harvest Days celebration, only Christian activities are used. There may be a meal, singing, bonfires, Christian games for Children, picnics, hayrides, story telling, bible readings, services of thanksgiving, harvests brought and shared with each other. This Christian holiday may be celebrated in many ways but the true focus is always on Jesus!
So for the months of October and November,
"Happy Harvest Days!"
