anonymous DO NOT BE DIVIDED, RATHER STAND TOGETHER IN CHRIST! May 28, 2008 9:41 PM

1 CORINTHIANS1:10-13
MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS: I am telling you the same message, over and over in different words, not because of anything you have done. This is not a discipline but more I hope of a study! But it seems that certain situations have become worse. I do not know why at this particular time that persecution has become worse, I know it's a bad time of year for the weather, I know that certain situations are taking place that concern me; however, it could be that these situations will improve,[but I am terrified that in some dark moments when all seem to be looking worse], than before,[ that we will find ourselves losing faith and fighting with each other]. So I am reminding you that we must as Christians hang on to our faith and help each other. Jesus really is all that we have. We should remain strong in Jesus! And here is Corinthians!

1:10.) But I urge and entreat you, brethren, by the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you be in perfect harmony, and full agreement in what you say, and that there be no dissensions, or factions or divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in your common understanding, and in your opinions and judgement.
11.) For it has been made clear to me, my brethern, by those of Chloe's household, that there are contentions, and wrangling and factions among you.
12.) What I mean is this, that each one of you, [either says], I belong to Paul,
or I belong to Appollos, or I belong to Cephas (Peter), or I belong to Christ.
13.) Is Christ divided into parts?
Well now I am afraid you will get the wrong idea, but I am simply praying that as group members of Persecuted Christians that we will uphold and pray for all Christians, including the members of this group.
I am so happy that you can go to your churches and practise freedom of religion, and that most of us do not have to worry that we will be persecuted by the terrible means that some of our brothers and sister are. And I am so happy that I am free to have this group, so that you can know the truth about what is happening to our brothers and  sisters across the earth, that it is not repressed, nor kept hidden. I hope that we all continue to pray, for our brothers and sisters, across the earth and for our brothers and sisters that are right here with us either through e-mail, this group, or physically in a church with us. So I am asking you,[if you feel this is what the Lord wants you to do] to make the whole month of June a month of prayer for unity among Christians, for unity and safety among our persecuted brothers and sisters, and for the Christians who are caught in the terrible natural disasters that nature inflicts upon us. If you could take ten or fifteen minutes a day to pray for these concerns, I believe that we can make a difference in the outcome of certain events!  Thank you and God Bless You  All!
Your sister in Christ,
Donna
