As president of the United States, Jimmy Carter was deeply committed to social justice and basic human rights. He and his wife Rosalynn left the White House in search of meaningful ways to contribute in these areas. In addition to promoting peace and human rights through the nonprofit CarterCenter in Atlanta, they lead the Jimmy Carter Work Project (JCWP) for Habitat for Humanity International one week each year.
I do agree.
Every one must live in dignity all over in the world.
But face to the realty, I am consternated.
I do hope that will go better.
The Carters were involved with this project while they were private citizens and before he entered politics. When I learned about this, I began to take a second look at the man. He has gone on after his Presidency to distinguish himself by continuing to serve his fellowman and, thus, his country.
I know it has been some time since anyone posted to this, but when I saw it I was compelled to post a message.
Saludos. Estoy de acuerdo en apoyar a Jimmy Carter

Thanks for posting this great article
Everyone has their gifts. This is Jimmy Carter's gift, and he shares it with others. It is this attribute that makes him truly a great man.
I have admired so much what Jimmy Carter has done after is Presidency and in fact he was the first President I voted for in 1976. And I am so proud to have voted for him. He is a truly good man.
