| If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by |
Give animals the same protection and rights as human babies. Animal adoption with contract only. Will close all "puppy farms" and declare them illegal! No animal should be sold for profit. Make stricter severe penalties and laws to eliminate bullfighting. "Hunting" animals for "fun","sports",for fur,parts or food would be sentenced for the rest of his life. Hidden cameras will be legal and whsle blowers protected and rewarded. Animal rights groups and activist subsided by the government. Animal abusers will be considered criminals and have the same jail sentences as for child or baby crimes or abuse. |
