Wild Fact About Me
My Philosophy Veganism is an evolutionary milestone
What Gives Me Hope Labels on shampoo bottles that read: "No animal testing, No animal products," more vegan options in supermarkets, the advent of in-vitro meat (as a stepping stone to veganism), groups of people helping people and animals.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Ban FUR.
Ban Foie Gras.
Ban Factory Farming!
In fact, ban all animal exploitive industries!
What/who changed my life and why Viktor Frankel's book Man's Search for Meaning. The Animals Film by Victor Schonfeld and Myriam Allaux which inspired me to become vegetarian. Also, Madame Rosa. It touched every human emotion and crossed all barriers.
Quotation "I do not regard flesh food as necessary for us. I hold flesh food to be unsuited
to our species. To my mind, the life of a lamb is no less precious than that of a
human being. I should be unwilling to take the life of a lamb for the sake of the
human body." -- Mahatma Gandhi

Karen Davis, of United Poultry Concerns and several others have formed a coalition of concerned groups and individuals to encourage the use of money, instead of chickens, in the ritual of Kaporos (also spelled Kapparot and Kappores). For information on the practice and why we oppose it,  please see our web site:
There, you will also find a links to our petition, Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, and Twitter pages, as well as details of our upcoming rally on September 12th in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
