Netanyahu’s “Nuclear Duck” Speech Remixed

Looney tunes!

Ah, the interwebs.

Last week’s speech to the pro-Israel AIPAC lobby group by Israeli prime minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu railed against those claiming Iran’s nuclear program is benign. His reference to a “nuclear duck” inspired much hilarity online and — tada! — the inevitable remix with, erm, DJ outfit Duck Sauce.

Bibi’s “if it walks like a duck …” analogy is actually a Cold War one, used to refer to suspected communists. He appears to like the bouncy YouTube homage as he posted it to his Facebook page.

There are more parodies/homages, like this one which uses Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s ‘Two Tribes,’ but they’re not as good. Except the Daily Show’s take.

Watch, dance, enjoy the sterling work of :

Netanscrewloose is the most dangerous "man" in the middle east, he and his nuclear arsenal. There lies the true danger too all, a mad man with a nuke.

The time has come to drive the lot into the sea and drown them like the rats that they are.

Thanks for your comments Klim B and perhaps you should invest in a dictionary or a spell checker. By the way I do not consider a document written down 100's of years after the alleged events and transposed and translated numerous times over centuries to be a particularly reliable source of knowledge.

I thought Israel has a shady history of nuclear programs and a slightly more public one of chemical and armamentistic one.
We all resemble each otehr more than what we like to admit, and we tend to condemn what others do and justify ourselves when doing the same saying it is "preventive measures".

BoneyM and Duffy Duck can sure add zing to any political seech. Great job KOTIGARO!!!

Thanks for your comments Barnard, Vicky, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Perhapse you shoul invest in a Bible, you may just learn a thing or two about where the Jewish people descended from.

When I read another of the many remarks like that of Marsha S. comparing Israel/ Jews/ Zionists/ Yids/ Kykes (Add your preferred racist label dear) to the Nazis I can only assume that their education was sorely wanting. The 20th century German massacre of Jews during and before WW2 was a culmination of a Roman Catholic Christian campaign of Jewish persecution that started 1500 years ago and reached its climax in the 20th century and engineered by Germany and its allies that included the Muslim Brotherhood. For 1500 years across Europe and the Middle East Jews have been pursued, massacred & survivors treated at best as inferior citizens by their persecutors. On Hitler’s ascendancy, Jews from every corner of occupied Europe (with the help of indigenous collaborators) were rounded up to be annihilated. At the 1945 cessation of hostilities the Allies dumped surviving Jews in tarted up concentration camps and left them to rot with neither hope of repatriation to their former homes nor the return of property stolen by Germans and now largely in the hands of Yanks, French and the Swiss. These desperate people took the initiative to find a little scrap of the world they had an historic claim to and fight for survival. If they had not they would have been quietly eliminated whilst people like you Marsha S, would have looked on with a beatific smile of satisfaction.

I don't like Bibi nor do many Americans and Israelis for that matter, but he is walking the walk and talking the talk his constituents need to hear. If you were a country smaller than Florida you would also take a local nuclear threat vewy, vewy seriously.

Do be fair, the people of Israel have lived under threat of extermination for years. They can't afford to joke about the crazy statements by various Iranian leaders, especially 'Ah'm-a- dinner-jacket'. Who knows, maybe the mullahs will censure or dismiss him and change policy. For the first time since the revolution, perhaps they will respect the wishes of their own people.

The curious thing is when Netanyahu mentioned a Nuclear Duck many people in Britain could only think of Keith Harris and Orville sing "I wish I could fly" here is the link just to prove it is not a figment of my deranged imagination I only wish the song was.

War mongering fool.

The Israelis have become what they most hate. They are doing and saying the same things the Germans did to justify the death camps.

Election year in Israel Elections in Iran Elections in US = dangerous, overheated rhetoric. Wars get started because of this kind of sabre rattling - on all sides. The Teapublicans wanting to intervene (of course, we can't pay for the wars we alread have going) Iran pushing back at Israel. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. If one is going to attack another nation, announcing it on TV isn't the brightest strategy I've ever heard of.
