Paul McCartney’s Meat Free Mondays (VIDEO)

We recently shared a video with you expressing Simon Cowell’s compassion for animals as a regular participant in Paul McCartney’s Meat Free Mondays. In the video below, the man himself describes what he hoped to accomplish in instituting this compassionate campaign.

If you truly care about the plight of innocent animals having their lives taken away for the sole sake of a fleeting meal, please consider going meat free Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday…and every day!

Not a difficult way for people to clean out the digestive system and do their bit for the environment.

I don't mind skipping meat for one day and cutting back but yeah your not going to stop me from eating it other days.

I don't eat meat at all, and I've always loved Paul and his music. I would love it if all the celebs who support animal welfare would get together and do a concert or documentary or something. I know Paul has done documentaries and I know it's controversial, but everything that needs highlighting in this world is controversial. Thanks Paul for what you are doing for the animals and our group promotes you on our campaigns.

going vegan was so easy for me and it makes so much sense from a health and environmental perspective, and of course animals benefit too

I started the one-day-a-week way. It has rapidly progressed to vegan 6 days, with one vegetarian day. I've lost over 12 lbs in the first month, and haven't felt this good in years. I would love to see the benefits to health stressed more. This is great for the body, as well as the soul!
