Romney Ad: It’s My First Day! [VIDEO]

What would day one be like of the Mitt Romney presidency?  His new campaign ad lays it all out. Personally, I’d like a little more affordable health care than “standing up to China,” but maybe that’s just me.

Gloria H.-Romney watches the "Grapes of Wrath" and goes "now those were the days, if only I can return America to those wonderful days of government non-interference and the purity of the free market!"

WTF? Job killing regulations????????? Like getting rid of OSHA? No rules, anything goes...workers breathing in fumes, handling toxins bare handed, etc. .dump everything into the nearest body of water, crop dust anything growing, pay workers whatever you think they are worth, no rest breaks, they get to go home when and if the job is completed etc.
At least he is honest about it.

Robert Fitzgerald

Simplistic ad. First day in office??? Nothing much will get done. Reducing the deficit is not just an announcement from the Pres. Austerity economics in the Eurozone is already creating huge problems for Europeans. Greece is on the edge of dropping out, with Spain, Ireland and Italy not far Behind. Even France voted against austerity programs. Just won't happen. And big government is the only thing standing up for the common man against the greed of predatory corporations.

Demand that China give into our demands. This is extremely childish, and won't happen. China will just tell us to go screw ourselves, and go their own way. China sees itself as as a true civilization and we are still primitive. They are the Middle Kingdom with over 2000 years of civilized and refined history behind them. They will not listen to us especially if we begin demanding things of them.

This ad indicates that Romney is out of touch with political reality.

The way businesses make money, is to have more profits than they do expenses. The single biggest expense is employees. So the less employees, the more profit.

That's how Romney made his money, still think that's the way to run a country? Profit for the rich and no jobs?

Hey, ABA, and who got us in this mess? What do you have to say about the little worm BEFORE Obama? Did you forget? And I might remind you that Obama can't do anything unless it's OK'd by the Repugs, and they've made a whole four-year project out of filibustering and putting the clamps on Obama's efforts. Obama inherited a mess but isn't allowed to clean it up. Maybe he's not perfect, but that WORM before him and the snake that told him what to do are evil incarnate, who stole the presidency. You'd better get your facts straight before expounding. Typical fool.

Yes, David K I couldn't agree more. Wow Carole L. It's so refreshing to see someone who can comment online based on REAL research and not lies and distortions that are passed off as "news" by media with their own personal/financial agenda.

“Romney is a businessman, he knows how to promote business hopefully he can get us out of this recession.”

Yeah, his business is bankrupting companies and stealing workers pensions.

Romney's stance; “I’ll leave you naked and living on the streets. Hey you! You’re wearing shoes, you’ve got way too much! And why aren’t you women popping out babies like pez dispensers!?”
